CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

INSURED FOR FULL REFUND IF WE CANCEL OR IT´S CANCELLED DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE

1.     Trip Cancellation Up to 100% Trip Cost. (The unexpected death, illness, or injury, hospitalization of family member, natural disaster….).

2.      Cancel for Any Reason Up to 75% Trip Cost (Purchase within 21 Days of Initial Trip Deposit).

3.     If you cancel Your Trip for any reason not otherwise covered by this Policy, benefits will be paid for 75% of the Prepaid, forfeited, non-refundable Payments or Deposits You paid for Your Trip provided:

     a) Your Payment for this Policy and enrollment form are received within 21 days of the date Your initial Payment or Deposit for Your Trip is received;

    b) You insure 100% of the Prepaid Trip costs that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions and also insure within 21 days of the Payment or Deposit for those Travel Arrangements the cost of any subsequent Travel Arrangements (or any other Travel Arrangements not made through Your travel agent) added to Your Trip; and

c) You cancel Your Trip 48 hours or more before Your Scheduled Departure Date.

These benefits will not duplicate any other benefits payable under the Policy or any coverage(s) attached to the Policy.

4.      Trip Interruption Up to 150% Trip Cost. (The unexpected death, illness, or injury, hospitalization of family member, natural disaster….).

5.      Interrupt for Any Reason Up to 75% Trip Cost.

If You interrupt Your Trip, 72 hours or more after Your actual Departure Date, for any reason not otherwise covered by this Policy, benefits will be paid, up to the lesser of

a) the Maximum Amount shown in Your Confirmation of Benefits; or

b) 75% the total amount of coverage You purchased, to reimburse You for unused non-refundable land or water Travel Arrangements; Plus the Additional Transportation Cost paid to join Your Trip if You must depart after Your Scheduled Departure Date or travel via alternate travel arrangements by the most direct route possible to reach Your Trip destination (Airfare limited to the cost of one-way airfare using the same class of fare as the original travel ticket); or

c) To rejoin Your Trip or transport You to Your originally scheduled return destination, if You must interrupt Your Trip after departure, each by the most direct route possible (Airfare limited to the cost of one-way airfare using the same class of fare as the original travel ticket) These benefits will not duplicate any other benefits payable under the Policy or any coverage(s) attached to the Policy.

6.       Reimbursement of Miles or Reward Points $250.

7.       Change Fee $250.

8.       Travel Delay $1,000 ($200/day - 6 hours).

8.       Missed Connection $500 (3 hours).

9.       Itinerary Change $500.

10.     Accident & Sickness Medical Expense $100,000.

11.      Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation $1,000,000.

12.      Accidental Death and Dismemberment- 24 Hour $10,000.

13.      Baggage & Personal Effects $1,000.

14.      Baggage Delay $300 (12 hours).

15.      Rental Car Damage $50,000.

16.      Non-Medical Emergency Evacuation $150,000.
