  • Which Airport do we arrive to? 

Mexico City International Airport. 

 

  • How far is it from the Airport to the Resort? How do we get to the Resort? What is the cost?

Fifty Minutes. We will be arranging for shuttles from Airport to Resort at scheduled times.

$120 USD for a large SUV with Capacity for up to 7 people and 7 pieces of luggage. 

 

  • How is the weather?

Gorgeous Sunny Weather; mid to high 80s during the day, low 70s at night. 

 

  • What type of crowd is expected at the Pesach Program?

Modern Orthodox.

 

  • What Covid-19 protocols will be in place?

Staff and crew all vaccinated and tested. Staff will be wearing masks at all times. 

Testing of all the guests upon arrival to the resort. 

 

  • Are rooms wheelchair/handicapped accessible?

Yes.

 

  • How many people can fit into a room?

Up to 4 people. Two adults, Two minors. 

 

  • Is Luggage Storage available? Are there enough hangers?

Yes, luggage storage is available. Yes, as many hangers as you need. 

 

  • What do we do on Shabbos about room key/lights?  

There will be several resort’s staff members to assist at all times.

 

  • What options does your Pesach Program have for the Seder?

  1. Family Seder: In the main ballroom, you will have your own Seder at your own pace.

  2. Semi-private: A shared, more private room. This option does come with an extra charge.

  3. Private Seder: We have a limited number of private rooms that can be booked for your Seder and can accommodate up to 30 people. This option comes with an extra charge.

  4. Communal Seder conducted by Scholar in Residence/Rabbi in the main Ballroom. 

 

  • Who provides the Kosher Supervision?

 K Aleph. Director Rabbi Chaim Kohn. 

 He is a well known and internationally respected authority in kosher food supervision. 

 

  • What are your Programs Kashrus policies?

Glatt-Kosher, Non-Gebrochts, Non-Kitnyot, Chalav Isroel. 

Hand Shmurah Matzah for Seder; machine Shmurah Matzah available throughout Pesach. 

 

  • Will there be a Day Camp?

Yes! Children aged 3-12 years old can enjoy “Little Ninjas Kids Camp”. 

Baby sitters will be available at extra Cost.  

There will be a teen program guided by experienced counselors. 

Extra precautions will be in place to ensure the health and safety of our young guests.

 

  • Is there mixed swimming?

Yes, mixed swimming, as well as separate swimming hours available. 

 

  • Does Resort have good Security?

Area where resort is located is gated and very safe.  

Resort has also its own security staff

Additionally, our own private security team will be in place to ensure safety of our guests. 

 

  • Is there a Doctor on site at all times?

Yes, a medical doctor will be present at all times. 

A fully equipped Ambulance truck will be at hand. 

 

  • Is there a laundry service?

Yes. This option does come with an extra charge.

 

  • Is there a hair/beauty salon? 

Yes, a fully equipped beauty and nail salon. This option does come with an extra charge.

 

  • Will special dietary needs be accommodated (vegetarian, allergies etc.)? 

Yes, absolutely. Please let us know ahead of time.
