Head Chef Eliahu Adouth, has many years of experience in elegant kosher catering! Having flourished in several roles at venues and important restaurants in Israel and USA, including Harbor Grill, Zak the Baker, 26 Sushi and Tapas, Fuego by Mana, The Royal Beach Hotel, and Anna Beit Tico, our Chef is well known for his proficiency in a wide variety of cuisines: Mediterranean, French, Italian, Asian and traditional Jewish. He is also known as a BBQ and meat specialist (Pitboss). Chef Eliahu Adouth is bringing with himself to the Pesach Program his regular team of Chefs, Assistant Chefs and Souz Chefs.
