COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Your health and safety is our #1 priority. At Pesach Paradise, we will make sure to introduce very strict Covid-19 protocols, so that you can have fun and be safe. Obviously, we will be following the guidelines that will be set by the authorities at that moment in time. Hopefully, this pandemic will be already over by Pesach Time.
VACCINATION AND TESTING STANDARTS
We will operate a safe environment from Covid, including having our crew fully vaccinated. On behalf of our guests, we will require from the staff proof of vaccination of at least 14 days prior to Pesach. Being overly cautious, and in response to the increasing number of cases of COVID-19 in the U.S. caused by the Delta variant, we will be requiring previous testing from all of our guests. In case any of our guests don’t comply with this requirement, we will be offering free of charge Antigen Covid and health screening, so as to insure the security of all our guests and staff.
MEASURES
We strongly encourage all guests to wear face masks when indoors, particularly in closed spaces such as the Ballroom and the Beth Hakneset. The Resort has a multitude of open spaces where you can feel free and relaxed to walk around without preoccupation. We also strongly encourage our guests to routinely wash their hands to prevent any risk of contagion. Obviously, we will be following the guidelines that will be set by the authorities at that moment in time.
DOCTOR & MEDICAL STAFF ON SITE
Our team will make sure to attend to all your family's medical needs. We will have experienced and extremely competent medical staff on site, both for emergencies, but also for the usual little inconveniences that might arise. We will have an ambulance on call and arrangements with a local hospital and also a renowned hospital in Mexico City, in case chas veshalom, it is necessary.
